Anchor Bridge Communities provides safe, structured, and affordable independent living environments for vulnerable populations experiencing homelessness and unsheltered veterans within the Middle Tennessee area and surrounding counties. At Anchor Bridge Communities, we offer shared residential homes within a structured, non-clinical independent living facility. Residents participate in a goal-oriented program lasting up to 24 months. Permanent housing may be requested upon availability. Each home provides fully furnished accommodations in a managed-care environment with clear expectations, accountability measures, and individualized housing stability plans.
